Rachel made my proposal happen. Period. I came to her with a picture and a tight timeline. She helped me form a budget that I was comfortable with. Rachel then understood the idea, drove the design of my fiancée's ring, and had it to me before I needed it, within budget. All the while keeping me in the loop. And keeping me in the loop meant patiently explaining each step to someone with no concept of how jewelry is made, how much things cost, etc. She helped me understand every decision I was making along the way.
The buying experience was an absolute pleasure; the resulting ring was flawless.

Tony knew that Bao wanted a "Square Diamond" ring, however he didn't know the difference between cuts (most don't). I showed Tony both the Princess cut and the Asscher cut, and in the end he made a great choice. Bao's engagement ring boasts a gorgeous asscher cut diamond center sitting on a thin diamond shank. Tony surprised Bao with a champagne sunset excursion on a chartered yacht, dropping down to one knee to pop the question. What a classy guy!
